MYSTICO "The Deadly Atom" From the Golden Age of Comics
Leonard Sansone moved to New York City around 1939. He had just graduated with a diploma in General Design from Massachussettes College of Art (Boston, MA). While in NYC, prior to the war, he worked as a free lance artist on many comic books during the golden age of comics. (other training included Lettering at Cavanaugh School, NY and Drawing at the Art Student League ( NYC). Here is a series of comics called MYSTICO where Sansone is credited as creator. Many thanks for this information from the website: Nedor A Day which I recommend. It also includes lots more information and vintage cartoon samples that credit Leonard Sansone.
